Damien Scott

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Townsville Logistics, Damien Scott is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the business. He is focused on delivering safe, reliable and customer-focused logistics solutions while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Since joining the business in 2018, Damien has played a key role in the company's success, leading the efficient and safe movement, distribution and storage of products including concentrate, zinc ingots, sulphuric acid, molasses and cement. His extensive experience across the logistics, stevedoring and intermodal rail industries, combined with his practical leadership style, has earned the trust of customers, employees and industry partners alike.

Damien holds a Diploma of Maritime Logistics Management and has built strong relationships across national and international markets. As CEO, he is committed to strengthening Townsville Logistics' position as a trusted logistics partner while continuing to support its people, customers and the communities in which it operates.

Natalie Adamsson

Manager - Operations and Business Strategy

Natalie has been with Townsville Logistics (TL) and Townsville Marine Logistics (TML) since 2019, working across the areas of Operations, Maintenance and Business Strategy. Prior to this she worked with our sister company Sun Metals, in the Sales and Logistics department since 2017.

Natalie's unique role sees her oversee TML Townsville as Operations Manager, providing leadership and direction in order to achieve safe, efficient and profitable service to customers and stakeholders; as well as Business Strategy across TL and TML, by developing and participating in strategic initiatives to create value for the organisations and its stakeholders.

Natalie has extensive experience in the mining, transport, shipping and port industry. Natalie holds a double Bachelor of Business in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and International Business and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Josh Ingram

Operations and Maintenance Manager

As Operations and Maintenance Manager at Townsville Logistics, Josh brings over a decade of experience in logistics, transport operations and stevedoring. With a strong focus on operational excellence, he drives initiatives that enhance productivity, ensure regulatory compliance, and create a safety-first culture.

Growing up in Townsville, Josh is passionate about supporting our local community and creating lasting partnerships with clients and stakeholders. He oversees a dynamic team who help deliver safe, efficient, and profitable services at the highest of standards – from delivering bulk material to sulphuric acid across Northern Queensland.

With his strategic problem-solving skills and proactive approach to risk management, Josh has been pivotal in delivering seamless project execution and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement at Townsville Logistics.
